Train TLK 38108/9 LUBOMIRSKI departs Zakopane for Kołobrzeg at 8:34 AM. The train completes the journey in 14 hours and 6 minutes. The train is popular because it connects not only Zakopane to Kołobrzeg, but also Lębork to Łeba, where three carriages travel. The Zakopane-Kołobrzeg route is 1,064.3 km long. Ticket prices start at 119 PLN in a 2nd Class carriage. The train does not include a dining car, so it’s worth considering self-catering.
The journey takes approximately 14 hours and 15 minutes from Kołobrzeg to Zakopane. This is quite a reasonable time for such a long route through Poland, especially since it’s non-stop and allows you to “cross” the entire country. This can be enjoyable if you enjoy rail travel. The train runs daily, which allows for great planning flexibility. The route passes through numerous cities: Warsaw, Radom, Kielce, and Kraków, allowing you to hop on or off at any of these points. This can also be useful if your destination isn’t the entire Kołobrzeg-Zakopane or Łeba-Zakopane section. Plus, the ticket prices are very competitive. The train covers the entire route in one day, so if you enjoy the scenery, this is a good option.
